Phil is fat and has a heart condition. She wasn't supposed to live, but she did. Phil was named after a popular brand of cream cheese, which might explain her heart condition. Unfortunately, McCloud (the little, white trooper) recently passed away.
Neither Phil nor McCloud ever lived at the Ranch.
Phil now lives with Jehu's mother.
